2022 is already shaping up to be a big year for Krystal Key Beach Resort!
All existing reservations have been converted into contracts, which means the loan process can begin! Once our construction lender confirms our construction budget and the background check on principals, the loan will go to the committee to underwrite and fund the loan. With the loan date set, construction contracts with sub-contractors can be signed, and construction can begin.
And the news of progress doesn’t stop there! With our Land Disturbance Permit, our team has been hard at work. Already, the location has been leveled, filtration fences have been erected, sand fill is being brought in, the construction trailer is on-site, a five-point survey has been ordered, and a new test piling has been contracted. Bids for construction are going out now, and all permits are in hand. We’re scheduled to break ground this month, February 2022, and completion is estimated within 14-18 months.
